Lunch with Edward R. Murrow Program Journalists
International
journalists participating in the U.S. State Department Edward R. Murrow Program
will join members of the Milwaukee Press Club for lunch at the Newsroom Pub at
noon on Tuesday, Oct. 14. Press Club
members will have an opportunity to learn more about the Murrow Program as well
as the 15 participants who are examining journalistic principles and practices
in this region. Countries represented
are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India,
Kazakhstan, Nepal, Pakistan
and Sri Lanka.
The visiting journalists will be headquartered at Marquette University
Oct. 9-15.
The cost
to attend this event is $15 per person and is open to
