Members Ratify New Press Club Board of Governors

MILWAUKEE, WI – October 4, 2011 An independent journalist, Mary Van de Kamp Nohl, will lead the Milwaukee Press Club as president for the next year, after the membership ratified elections to the club’s board of governors at the September 22nd Annual Meeting.

Van de Kamp Nohl, has been a fixture in the local journalism community for more than 30 years, producing in-depth and investigative features that have won numerous state and local awards, including the prestigious 2011 Mirror Award for "Paper Money," published in Milwaukee Magazine where Nohl worked as senior editor before taking an early retirement last fall. She is currently doing freelance articles for the national market.

Kathy Mykleby, Anchor of WISN-TV Channel 12, will remain on the board as past-president.
